Cauliflower Side Dishes

Cauliflower Curry Recipe

A very easy to make side dish that is done in minutes

1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 – 2 cups water
5 – 6 teaspoons oil (to fry)
Salt (to taste)

Recipe Instructions

Fry the vegetables.
In a frying pan, add the oil and fry the chopped onion until golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and fry well. Next add the chopped, clean cauliflower and mix well with the onions and the tomatoes.

Add the spices.
Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Now add the water and allow to cook until the cauliflower is soft. Now add the garam masala and the mix together well.
