Chicken and Cauliflower Bhaji

Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Cut the chicken into small cubes and julienne the ginger into long thin strips.

Cook the chicken and cauliflower.
Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the ginger and whole spices. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower and fry for another 2 – 3 minutes. Add the chicken pieces, ground spices and salt and stir well. Cover with the lid, turn the heat down and cook for 5 minutes.

To finish.
Chop up the tomatoes and add to the pan with the lemon juice. Stir, replace the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
