Oven Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

A perfect recipe for a side dish

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower
Lemon juice (from ½ or whole lemon)
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and coarsely minced
Olive oil
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Prepare the cauliflower.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and layer them in an oven-proof baking dish. Add the garlic and drizzle over the olive oil and squeeze over the lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake.
Cook uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes until the cauliflower is done. Remove from the oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
