They are pretty to look at.  They are delicious.  And best of all, they have vitamins and minerals that are good for you.  That’s what cauliflowers can offer to people who include this nutritious vegetable in their diet.

Just how nutritious is it?

Let’s begin with Vitamin C.  Eating just one serving of cauliflowers – that’s about half a cup – contains more than half of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C, more so, when eaten raw.
